These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 3bdjl platform. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

18+ Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use 3bdjl. Age is verified during KYC. Underage accounts are permanently closed and any associated funds returned.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one 3bdjl account. Duplicate accounts are detected via KYC cross-referencing and are subject to immediate suspension without notice.
Local Payment Methods
3bdjl accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit is ৳500.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

1. General Terms
1.1 Agreement. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3bdjl ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 3bdjl website accessible at 3bdjl.app and all associated services, products, and features offered by the platform (collectively, "the Platform").
1.2 Acceptance. By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
1.3 Amendments. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date of the most recent version is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
1.4 Governing Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
1.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
1.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
Note: These Terms apply to all products offered on 3bdjl, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering services made available on the Platform now or in the future.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Criteria. To register a 3bdjl account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law;
- You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party;
- You do not already hold an active or suspended 3bdjl account.
2.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same name, identity document, device, payment method, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. The Company employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts.
2.4 KYC Verification. The Company is required to verify the identity of all players. You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid, government-issued identity document such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Additional documents, including proof of address and proof of payment method, may be requested at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 3bdjl immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Company shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
2.6 Account Currency. All 3bdjl accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Amounts displayed on the Platform use the ৳ symbol or the "BDT" abbreviation.
KYC documents accepted: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth registration certificate for players under 25. Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within 90 days may also be requested.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
3bdjl accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based players:
- bKash — personal wallet transfers only; merchant payments are not accepted;
- Nagad — personal wallet transfers;
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — personal account transfers;
- Upay — personal wallet transfers;
- Bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or other supported institutions — subject to availability.
The Company reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via on-platform announcements.
3.2 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by the Platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made from payment accounts registered in a name other than the account holder's verified name will be declined and returned to source. The Company does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method is no longer available. This same-method policy is a fraud-prevention measure and cannot be waived.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds checks before releasing a withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be informed if additional documentation is required.
3.4 Fraud Prevention
Any deposit made with fraudulent intent, using a payment method that does not belong to the account holder, or as part of a chargeback or reversal scheme will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the deposited funds and any associated winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

4. Bonus & Promotions Terms
4.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and promotional credits offered by 3bdjl are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus conditions. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in qualifying bets before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
4.3 Qualifying Bets. Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100% toward the requirement. Casino slot bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino table game bets (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The contribution percentages applicable to each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms.
4.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and free bets expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings are removed from the account automatically without compensation.
4.5 Bonus Abuse. The Company reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or matched bets to satisfy wagering requirements artificially, or using automated betting systems in conjunction with bonus funds.
4.6 Promotional Changes. The Company may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion before the change date will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.
Welcome Bonus: New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳25,000 on their first deposit, subject to a minimum deposit of ৳1,000 and applicable wagering requirements. Full terms are published on the promotions page within the Platform.
5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Lawful Use. You agree to use the 3bdjl Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
5.2 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
- Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform;
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt practice in sport;
- Placing bets on behalf of another person for commercial gain without prior written approval from the Company;
- Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the integrity or proper functioning of the Platform;
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using a VPN, proxy server, or other method to disguise your true location or identity.
5.3 Responsible Conduct. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
5.4 Reporting Obligations. If you become aware of any security vulnerability, suspected fraud, or irregular activity on the Platform, you are required to report it immediately to [email protected]. Reporting a vulnerability in good faith will not result in any adverse action against your account.
6. Account Suspension & Closure
6.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your 3bdjl account at any time by contacting player support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, the Company will process any outstanding withdrawals of verified real-money funds (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) within the standard processing timeframe. Once closure is confirmed, the account cannot be reopened.
6.2 Company-Initiated Suspension. The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- Your account is subject to a criminal investigation or court order;
- There is evidence or suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or irregular activity;
- You have provided false identity information;
- Your account shows indicators consistent with problem gambling that require intervention;
- Continued access would expose the Company to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
6.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to void all pending bets and wagers, forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings, and, at the Company's sole discretion, withhold real-money funds pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes that no fraud or material breach occurred, real-money deposits will be returned via the original payment method.
6.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and permanent closure via their account settings or by contacting support. 7. Age Restriction & Responsible Gaming
7.1 Minimum Age. The 3bdjl Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. 18+ Use of the Platform by individuals under 18 is prohibited. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you will not allow any person under the age of 18 to access or use your account.
7.2 Age Verification. The Company conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. If age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, the account will be suspended and no withdrawals will be released until verification is complete. If a player is found to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all transactions will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to source.
7.3 Responsible Gaming Commitment. The Company is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability. The Company endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the 3bdjl Platform but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond the Company's control.
8.2 Bet Void Circumstances. The Company reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: a technical error affects the odds or market displayed; the result of an event is officially reversed or declared void by the relevant governing body; the event was subject to match manipulation; or the bet was placed in error due to a platform malfunction. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
8.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where the Company is found liable for direct losses arising from the Platform, the maximum aggregate liability of the Company to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.5 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game content providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), and data feed providers. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party service and shall not be liable for losses attributable to third-party service failures.
8.6 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3bdjl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform in breach of applicable law.
8.7 Contact for Disputes. Any dispute or complaint regarding the Platform should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The Company will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.
